Lindsay Kalmakis is a Career Coach who helps people navigate career change, reentry after a pause, and moments when work no longer feels aligned. She brings together deep experience as a Customer Success and people leader in high-growth tech and entertainment companies with a whole-person coaching approach grounded in health, well-being, and values.

Drawing on her background in leadership, change management, and personal transitions—including career pauses—Lindsay supports clients in clarifying their strengths, reconnecting with what matters most, and designing meaningful next chapters of work that fit their lives today.

Lindsay’s coaching is rooted in evidence-based Positive Coaching Psychology and informed by her training as a Certified Health & Wellness Coach through the Wellcoaches School of Coaching. Her work bridges personal and professional growth, helping clients move from uncertainty to clarity with confidence and intention.

Outside of coaching, Lindsay enjoys time with her husband and three children in Belmont, Massachusetts.
