Week 1.
See Clearly
Understand where you actually are, and meet your strengths honestly through the Values in Action (VIA) Strengths Assessment and a current state reflection.

Week 2.
Let Go & Lighten
Name what you're outgrowing - habits, stories, roles - and begin releasing what no longer fits.

Week 3.
Reconnect & Reimagine
Clarify your values and build a vision for your next season. Not a five-year plan - a right now picture.

Week 4.
Root & Rise
Leave with a 30-day personal commitment, a future state vision, and a clear path forward - and the self-knowledge to actually follow through.
What to Expect from Bloom
Bloom's Spring Cohort Testimonials
Taking Bloom’s workshop was such a meaningful and uplifting experience. I had the pleasure of going through it alongside two other wonderful people, and with Lindsay’s coaching, we created such a supportive, open, and inspiring space for growth and reflection.
Bloom has a beautiful way of helping you pause, reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and see new possibilities. I walked away feeling more grounded, energized, and excited about what’s ahead.
I’m so grateful for the experience, the insights, and the people I shared it with. If you’re looking for a space to grow personally and professionally, I highly recommend Bloom.
- Annie
Over the last two years, I was struggling to balance work and personal life while dealing with an emotionally draining health condition. Over time, I found myself feeling stuck, losing motivation at work, and falling away from the exercise and meditation routines that had once kept me grounded.
Bloom helped me unpack what was really going on beneath the surface. Through guided self-discovery, I gained a deeper understanding of my triggers, my values, and what I truly wanted for myself. More importantly, it helped me chart a practical path forward.
One of the most valuable aspects of the program was the group sharing. Listening to others' experiences reminded me that I was not alone in my struggles. I learned from their journeys, gained new perspectives, and often found solutions to my own challenges through their stories. The shared vulnerability, encouragement, and accountability created a powerful sense of connection and motivation.
Bloom gave me the space to reconnect with myself, regain clarity, and start taking meaningful steps toward the life I want to create. Having the sense of community made the journey feel much less isolating. I am deeply grateful for the experience.

The power of community.
Why Group Coaching Works.
-
You'll see yourself in other women's stories.
There's something that happens when you hear someone else say the thing you've been afraid to name. Suddenly you're not alone in it - and you see yourself more clearly than you could on your own. -
You'll remember you're not alone.
In a world where so many of us are working remotely or navigating transitions quietly, this is a room where you belong. The connections you build here don't end when the four weeks do. -
You'll be surprised by what shifts in community with others.
Something changes when you walk into a group as one version of yourself and walk out four weeks later as someone who's moved. You'll feel it. And so will the women beside you.
Community isn't a bonus feature. It's half the medicine.
